The card answers one question: how early is your earliest verified public Mad Lads signal? The date decides the score. The score decides the tier. Nothing else moves it.
Your earliest public X post matching "madlads" or "mad lads" (retweets excluded), found by scanning the public archive from April 24, 2023 forward. Pre-mint evidence uses the exact public status URL and manual review. Any admin-approved status URL lands on the identical score as an API-found post — manual verification is an alternate route to the same evidence, never a bonus.
Scores interpolate by day inside each window, so an earlier signal always ranks at or above a later one. Pre-mint signals score a flat 10,000. No verified signal scores 0 — the identity card carries a "No Signal Recorded" footer and stays off the origin boards.

Holding a Mad Lad, engagement counts, follower counts, and manual review. Engagement is stored separately as Signal Impact with its snapshot date, while manual review only changes the evidence source and badge. Neither touches your tier.
Forging reserves your card ID and freezes the artifact — score, tier, artwork, and badges — under the methodology version printed on the record. New evidence after forging stays in the proof ledger; it never silently rewrites Genesis. Any future revision must be explicitly issued as a separate governed edition.
Deleted posts, protected accounts, and posts from other handles won't surface. If the public search missed your older post, submit the exact status URL for manual review from your claim page. Every verification — scan, manual decision, and forge — is recorded in an append-only proof ledger.
